Additional Information On Announcement Made On 10 July 2008 In Respect Of Third-Quarter Financial Statement And Dividend Announcement For The Nine Months Ended 31 May 2008

Further to the announcement made by Ezra Holdings Limited (the "Company") on 10 July 2008 (Announcement No. 00117), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to provide additional information on item 8 of the announcement - Review of Balance Sheet and Cash Flows:

1) the item "Other investment" relates to investment in unquoted preference shares with a dividend yield; and

2) the increase in "Other current assets" relates mainly to advance payments made to equipment suppliers and prepayments for bareboat charter of vessels.
