New Subsidiary Companies

The Board of Directors of Ezra Holdings Limited ("Ezra") wishes to announce that Ezra has the following:-

1) A newly incorporated Texas Limited Liability Company, Triyards Houston Holdings LLC, whose member is Triyards UK Limited, which in turn is an indirect subsidiary company of Ezra. The initial capital contribution of Triyards Houston Holdings LLC is USD100.

2) A newly incorporated Texas Limited Liability Company, Triyards Houston LLC, whose member is Triyards Houston Holdings LLC, which in turn is an indirect subsidiary company of Ezra. The initial capital contribution of Triyards Houston LLC is USD100.
