New Subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Ezra Holdings Limited ("Ezra") wishes to announce that Triyards UK Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Triyards Holdings Limited (which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ezra), has been incorporated in Scotland with a paid-up and issued share capital of GBP1, comprising 1 ordinary share of GBP1 each.
