New Subsidiary

The Board of Directors ("Board") of Ezra Holdings Limited ("Ezra") wishes to announce that Ezra has a newly incorporated Texas Limited Liability Company, EZRAM LLC, whose member is Emas Offshore Limited, which in turn is a subsidiary company of Ezra. The initial capital contribution of EZRAM LLC is US$1,000.
