New Subsidiary Companies

The Board of Directors of Ezra Holdings Limited ("Ezra") wishes to announce that the following companies (each with a paid-up and issued share capital of USD1.00, comprising 1 ordinary share of USD1.00 each) have been incorporated in Singapore and are wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Ezra:-

1) FODEMAS PTE. LTD.;
2) TUNIS OIL PTE. LTD.; and
3) LEWEK ARIES PTE. LTD..
